This time can be anywhere from a few hours a day to even a week of not having any interaction with screens. In this every single place you go are surrounded with screens. While doing digital detox may sound too difficult for most but if you succeed in doing it, the rewards you’ll reap are something you wouldn’t imagine.  Can you think of a time where something that you were doing or thought you would do was your own original idea? Well, the answer must be no, right? The main problem with people these days is that they are unable to think of something out of the box.
